The greatest experience, the one which shakes a soul with hopes and fears, the results of which are never ending, and incidentally, the one which pays the biggest dividends, is to be found in the adoption of children.--Anonymous

Long Beach Island

We are back from the beach. Benjamin did not want to come home, but Mallory did (she was tired from staying up late and playing at the beach). We dug in the sand, flew kites, rode bikes, went on rides (Mallory went on her first rollercoaster), played in the arcade, saw a sting ray and dolphins, played mini-golf (Benjamin is pretty good), went in the water (Benjamin went skim boarding for the first time), bought hermit crabs and ate lots of food. Benjamin made a bunch of new friends and wanted to spend the rest of the summer at the beach. Mallory decided to poop on the potty at the beach and only had one accident the entire week! She is now wearing underwear all the time and did not even wear swim diapers at the beach. The kids also had fun with their great aunts and uncles.
