The greatest experience, the one which shakes a soul with hopes and fears, the results of which are never ending, and incidentally, the one which pays the biggest dividends, is to be found in the adoption of children.--Anonymous

Pumpkin Carving

Well, we (I) carved pumpkins today. Benjamin helped clean his out and then played with the "guts" while I carved his pumpkin. Mallory was fascinated, but would not put her hand in at first. She eventually put her hand inside, but then fell asleep because she had skipped her afternoon nap. Mallory is 19 months old today. She is saying lots of words, has peed on the potty a few times, gives great hugs and kisses, adores her brother, loves shoes and is just so sweet.
