Well, no girl referrals came in this week and Guatemala has not voted on any adoption laws either. What than means is we are still on the waiting list, but will have to wait for Guatemala to vote on the Hague implementation date. We are praying it is moved back to April 30, 2008 so referrals can open back up. If not, then we will be waiting until Guatemala has everything in place for them to implement the Hague Treaty for adoptions to open up again (probably spring). Hopefully, we hear something next week!
